Do You Have A Physical Store?

You can shop with GlamRus online 24 hours a day—7 days a week, our store can be anywhere you are in the world—your bed, beach, mountains, ANYWHERE.

What Size Do I Order?

What’s beautiful is that women are made in unique shapes and sizes which means there is no surefire way to find the perfect size when shopping. We try to provide specific, detailed product descriptions for each piece to help you figure out what you need.  You can find fit videos for each piece in our Facebook group.  If you have more questions about a particular item feel free to contact us.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

At check out, you’ll have the option to pay with any major including American Express, Discover Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card provider. You can also checkout with PayPal.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

If shipping your order to Alabama, you will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout.

How Do I Apply A Gift Card Code or Promo Code at Checkout?

During checkout, enter your code in the box that says “Add Coupon”.  We will only accept one coupon code per order. Bargain shopper?  We love great savings too; however Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.  All Clearance items are final sale.

How Does Shipping Work?

GlamRus ships to the Continental US, as well as to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada for an  additional fee. We ship nationally via USPS. If your order requires expedited shipping, please make that selection at checkout.

Most items ship within 2-5 business days of ordering once the order is received and your payment is verified with 1-5 day delivery.  Shipping is only offered on business days and non-US holidays.  Shipping times vary for all pre-order items.

Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided.  Tracking status will update when received by USPS.  If your tracking status shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. GlamRus does not take responsibility for delivered packages.

What Happens If There Is An Error Message On My Order ?

You’re seconds away from getting your perfect outfit, AND you get an error message. Double check all credit card information and billing or shipping address.

For some reason you get another error message after checking all information!  If this happens to you contact us immediately! To avoid duplicate charges do not try to checkout multiples times.  Let us help!

How Do I Return An Item?

GlamRus prides itself on high customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will try our best to make it better.

For all custom jewelry pieces, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges allowed.

DUE TO COVID-19, AS OF MARCH 21, THEY’LL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
